NCPA, HealthShifts Partner on National Pharmacy Job Board and Staffing Platform
New job board and exclusive staffing pool will provide independent pharmacists and employers with expanded access to pharmacy support
ALEXANDRIA, Va. (Oct. 14, 2025) — The National Community Pharmacists Association (NCPA) and HealthShifts announced a new partnership that expands career and staffing support for community pharmacy. Through this partnership, NCPA will launch a national job board powered by HealthShifts, and members will gain access to a trusted staffing solution that supports pharmacies with flexible hiring and shift coverage.
